TRENDING RUMORS

– Manchester United and Newcastle United are now in the running to acquire Brentford wing-back Michael Kayode, according to TEAMtalk. The 21-year-old is also on Manchester City’s radar following a standout first full season in London. The Italy U21 international has attracted considerable attention for his long throws, causing defensive issues across the Premier League. Brentford secured Kayode for around £15 million after a six-month loan from Fiorentina but is now expected to seek over £50m from interested parties. Several European heavyweights, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich, have scouted Kayode recently.

– Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are closely observing Dusan Vlahovic‘s status at Juventus, reports Footmercato. The Serbian forward is entering the last six months of his contract, making a summer exit likely. Italian clubs are interested, with AC Milan searching for a new No. 9. but, Vlahovic could also move to the Premier League, having spent a significant part of the season injured. He has scored 46 goals in 117 Serie A appearances during his time at Juve.

– Arsenal are one of many clubs looking to sign Bayern Munich’s Leon Goretzka on a free transfer, as reported by the Daily Mirror. The Gunners have had inquiries for a January transfer turned down by the German club, but the situation may change by season’s end. Goretzka’s contract runs out in June, making a potential summer move feasible. Atlético Madrid, Napoli, and Juventus have also shown interest. Yet, Arsenal may become the frontrunners should Goretzka decide to test himself in the Premier League.

– AFC Bournemouth is preparing to sign Álex Jiménez on a permanent deal after the full-back activated a clause in his loan from AC Milan, according to Sky Sports News. The Cherries will reportedly pay Milan £16.8m (plus £4.5m in add-ons) for Jiménez, who has made 21 Premier League appearances this season. Once finalized, Jiménez’s contract with Bournemouth will last until June 2031.

Sandro Tonali may seek a move away from Newcastle United if the club fails to secure UEFA Champions League qualification, according to Football Insider. Reports had connected the Italy international to Arsenal on deadline day, but the transfer did not happen. Given the interest from various clubs across Europe, the Magpies might have to let their star midfielder leave if they miss out on European football next season.
